I purchased a new car and needed a person to cosign for me. My name was on the top and my cosigner''s name was on the bottom. I had a falling out with my cosigner and he took my car. However, I have been responsible for paying for the car every month. I guess my question is can this person just take my car because they no longer want me to have it? Also, do I still have to pay the car note if I no longer have the car in my posession?

What Penalties Will I Face For A Fraudulent Marriage?
I was a desperate and stupid 18 year old when I married a friend of our family so he could remain in the United States. He is a good person, no threat to the community, and he works 2 jobs and has helped me tremendously in the last 2 years. We are in no way close and will soon be having our immigration interview. I am scared of what will happen if the INS finds our marriage to be fraudulent. What type of punishment may I be given for my stupidity? We have been discriminated against on the basis of our race in trying to rent an apartment. My wife and I have good jobs with a good steady income. Several weeks ago we started looking for a new apartment so our 2 children may each have their own bedrooms. We called several places and were told they had 3 bedrooms. When we went there, we were told they had either just been rented or it was a 2 bedroom that was available. I later called two apartment managers back, and was told the 3 bedroom units were still for rent.
